Maybe where you got the glasses from still carries the same model and you can replace just the part that broke.. crosses fingers
I smashed mine flat working on the bike
when I took them in for repair they replaced them under warranty 
now when I take them off I put them up high where I can't walk on them

Mine are about the same age now, but my eye's haven't changed much if any since my last checkup... heck, even my previous set from two checkup's back isn't very fuzzy and I could use them as a fall back if I had too.
I do need to get new nose pads for mine... lost one of them the other day and didn't even notice it... I'll do that pretty soon once that moolas you mentioned comes in...
I posta habes yearly check ups cuz I've had cataract surgery on both eyes. My insurance used to cover glasses but no it doesn't anymore. Only thing dey pay for is an exam and dat don't cost crap, it's the lenses and frames dat cost. I do see a difference in my sight and I knows I should have new ones. My last physical one eye was better den the other. Right after surgeries I had 20/10 vision in both eyes. Now it's 20/15. That's better den 20/20 but it still shows loss and I can't see good without the glasses. I get mine replaced a few times a year they get nasty from sweat they charge a buck each at my doctors place
