Apparently the torture of the headache (s) yesterday wasn't enough punishment...
... Last night, I started a corned beef brisket in the slow cooker on low, I've been smelling it all night long and now, if that wasn't bad enough... I'm up and it's still got an hour to go before it's finished cooking and I have to take it out to rest...
This thing smells absolutely wonderful...

In consolation, I did get my work website completed redone/converted for the new CMS software... and how have it up and running. So now I can work on figuring out what I want my personal website to look like...

Thank you for the birthday wishes everyone. I got new cookware and a pressure cooker. Got two Nuwave PIC Gold induction cookers, also. If you can't tell, I love to cook. Just a nut in the kitchen. I do almost everything from scratch... so I'm one of those, "You buy your sauce?!" snobs. ;-)
Been talking to the wife about opening a small restaurant, or getting a food truck. After being in IT for 25 years, it may be time to do something I love.
