Looks like my Friday ( Saturday and probably Sunday ) are spoken for...

My Dad's cousin passed away in a car accident yesterday morning. The funeral will be on Saturday morning at 10am but there is a visitation Friday evening between 5pm-8pm that my parents want to attend.... It's going to be close to Port Author TX ( almost in Louisiana just a bit east of Houston.. ). Best case scenerio... the drive is a little over 8hrs but that's if we go through Dallas... at about noontime.

I think I'm going to extend the drive time to almost 9hrs and bypass Dallas if at all possible ( since it'd likely add almost an hour to the time anyway ).

No pics! I'm just glad I didn't stab myself in the eye just to escape this heat!

Oh, and the AC is working now......still 85deg in the house but it's only been like 30 minutes though.
