good morning all.
Looks like the FDA is releasing rules, I am sure ECF will have a good rundown on it soon but I saw it on a new program this morning and a few news sites

It seems like the FDA is NOT seeking to ban online sales
Edit: seems the full text will be revealed a bit later this morning by the FDA
At this point, this is a proposal for their deeming regulations, and we are now in the 75-day public comment period. CASAA is reviewing, and will post their analysis and any Calls to Action in their CASAA Forum. There is currently discussion in the Legislative Forum, and we have created a new FDA Regulations Forum. So far, folks like Gregory Conley and Dr. Michael Siegel are saying this is bad stuff, but could have been much worse (what with the 2007 cutoff and so on).
It will probably take up to a year or so though before anything's finalized and "official".

I've been working
I assume everyone else is also.. why cant we be like France and get 6 weeks of vacation and only work 32 hours a week ACK! today I have to try and fix a nice little sinkhole in front of my house, it figures it happened right in front of the street on the start of my walkway instead of the street.. so I gotta pay for it
I filled it with dirt and sand last week now all the sand is gone
I think that means something seriousI'll probably have to dig it all up or something, not fun.

We could, but then we couldn't get any services or shopping done except from 10:30 am (when workers come in) until noon till 2 (when they take lunch) then must leave work early to get to them between 2ish and 4ish before they close for the day!
Not much would be open on weekends, plus we would have to pay socialist tax rates (read 75%)!
On top of that, we might have to change our national motto from 'E Pluribus Unum' to "J'abandonne, tu as gagné!"
