I have been working on mine for 11!

My wife and I decided to risk it and we are going to be buying a new home next month, scary but exciting!
Not sure I can get the worth out of this little thing to help pay for it lol. Hopefully my "upgrades" over the years help us out with the final price so we don't get over our heads.

Just finished my last 3 hours of online training and last test for this year. Now to go out and clean the goatie barn. Hubby just mowed the pasture, so they can go outside and play while I clean. (yeah, right. they usually want to climb on the wagon and get in the way.)
