Oh, I went to Mom's and did her dog's nails and picked up our spare 13" tv. I came home and cleaned stalls. I had to go to work for a little while, then wathed videos on how to repair my tv. Have the part ordered. Should be here tuesday or wednesday.

Hi All

So we bought the new house all looks like it's going to go through for mortgage. it's bigger so now my wife and I will have our own bathroom LOL YEA!
Now I am desperately trying to do all the little things around our current house to get it ready to sell (it better sell OMG!)

Painting stinks! I can't believe all the little things I have missed over the years or didn't care about, trim scratched up by the dog, dishwasher out of alignment, cabinet doors slightly out of whack.. getting a house ready is a lot of work lol

Is anyone here a Realtor? If so does it make sense to hire a home inspector before we sell this current one to see what surprises might be in store when we try to sell it or is that wasted money?
