Hi Ollie,Did you get in your new house yet ?
Just down to the appraisal. Got them to pay for radon mitigation yesterday. So finally finished up with ALL of the inspections. That took forever. But was worth it to me. So we are still on track to close on the 16th.

We are testing a move to Veritad from BlueCheck. It may slow down some orders, but it may be better in the long run.

Do tell, LD. There have been a lot of negative comments racing around ECF about BlueCheck. From your vantage point, the info would be most enlightening.

(and a message to DPL would suffice)

Crap. Finally set to use the Nemesis clone I bought months ago. Checked the threading on it back then, all was fine. Never thought to try shortening it so's to fit an 18650:facepalm:. You guessed it. The small tube I'd use for the 650 just won't thread the upper piece, the part the atty screws into.
Have to get out the magnifiers and look deeper tomorrow, see what's what. Disappointed tho, was all set to kick back with it tonight...

Actually, from a vendor point of view, BlueCheck is a dream. Everything is basically done for us, even though they are more expensive. We've just been hearing about some questions about their end use. We can't even have that in question, as we are privacy advocates. Veritad is a lot more work though, and this would be day-to-day work. We may give customers the option of using either, or just switch. Making Veritad work during checkout is a lot of work, so it may be mostly manual for a while.

Interessssssssing. For some reason, I thought that BC was a less expensive option, and I also thought that Veritad was virtually no work for either the vendor or customer. HMMMM.

I don't know if it would be of value to you, but there's also the option to charge a tad more and have items shipped with signature guarantee, thereby eliminating any need for customers to put in private info.

This is all new to me, and I have no expertise on the subject, LD. Solely for info's sake, I'm interested to follow the progress on this. :)

The Signature Need idea would also be good for an option I have seen on the forum where some folks mentioned no one is usually home at the time the mail is delivered.
