It really isn't something I gave much thought to, honestly. Just something I wouldn't put past China. I am sure they would find something. The product approval fees just for a single vaping product could be considered a tariff violation of the ITA, or China could claim that the USA is doing damage to the Chinese economy. I really don't know if there are any grounds for it. Just a crazy thought.
