I just finished my mowing and little bit of edging also... I only had a couple of places to edge where some crab grass had come up and the mowing was mostly just knocking down the grass seed heads... while I got a little sweaty, I'm not dying from it... although it didn't help with my headache any either...
I'll cool off and rest a bit before my shower.. don't like going into the shower sweaty only to get even more sweaty. Not to mention I want my core body to cool off first...
