So has anyones got any new and exciting vape stuff recentlys ?
It was either going to be vape stuffs... or the bills...
Guess I don't need to say that the vapes lost...
I did get some new ( non-vape ) stuff on Monday... Found a deal on some essential oils that is suppose to be good for cold/flu symptoms among other things... The "trial" cost $5 for a 15ml full strength and 10ml dilluted roll-on bottle of it. Since I'll use all of it topically with the roll-on... I'll end up diluting the full strength at 1:20 giving me about a 5% solution.
This one is composed of cinnamon leaf, lemon, clove bud, lime, eucalyptus globulus, rosemary, peppermint, spearmint and oregano essential oils. I smell the clove and oregano the most, possibly the rosemary and really can't discern the others much. So I've been walking around smelling like a savory character all week...
Only a few of those oils are typical in headache blends... but I do believe the tension in my shoulders and the headaches have been subdued a lot over the week that I've used them... I've only had a headache on two days... one it was gone before I left for work and today... I'd had a headache up until around 2pm when I laid down for a nap.
Considering how well these seem to work and they aren't specifically for headaches like I need the most, I will likely get a blend that is more directed for headaches and then later get the individual oils to make my own blends with. I can make my own mixes using the graduated cylinders that I mix my e-liquids with... so I won't need to buy equipment. The good oils to get are pricey... but since I'm going to use them topically... I'll be diluting them down to the 5% level in a carrier oil... so a batch will likely last a long time.

She's still doing well. Her main issues are balance and coordination. Her hairdresser ( and my god-sister ) came by the hospital for a visit and to do her hair for her... So I know that made her day.
I've been grabbing burger and fry suppers a lot since they are easy to eat while driving to go visit her or on the way back home... The other day I grabbed a Braum's Chicken Strip dinner on the way home ( it's not a on the go thing really ) and it was a nice change of pace and certainly filling. I'm a dark meat chicken person... this one is breast meat strips and still not too bad considering that. You get 4 decent size strips, a lot of fries, a roll and both a slightly spicy dipping sauce with a white gravy for your choice of dipping.
