Thanks Doozie, ya it does suck. But thats how things are when someone 1000 miles a way has a say in things I guess, (corporate bullcrap) but I am by far in better shape by making this move. And the way things stand now with the hourly increase and with the "expected" 7 to 10 hours over time a week I come very very close to doubling My income.
