I've been downing lots of extra Vit C lately...everyone around me has been sick.
Anytime I think I may be coming down with something, I take about 1000mg of C a day until I feel better and I believe it helps me avoid getting any sicker most of the time and get over anything I did get even sooner.

Color Laser Printer... revisited...
A couple of weeks ago, I'd ordered a printer for work from the Amazon Warehouse ( their used/refurb dept ) that was listed as good as new but had damaged packaging. If it was good as they'd said, it would have ended up saving me about $100 off of what a new one would but as it turns out... that wasn't the case and I ended up sending it back.
Last night I finally got my refund back into the bank account ( only took a couple of days after getting it back to them). So I was about to re-order the same printer only new this time. Just as a sanity check on which one I'd decided on, I decided to look at some other printers by different companies. I'd always been happy with my monochrome laser I'd gotten by Brother ( which was now worn out having had it for several years )... so I checked their line-up again. Previously, when I'd looked at them before going with the other one, I kept reading about how poor the picture quality output was and didn't look much further up their line for other options... This time I did check out a few that were a little more expensive and I'm glad I did. I found one with good reviews in every area ( text, graphics and fair for photos ) and also saw that the toner refills ended up being much cheaper than the Lexmark's.
No laser printer ( now or in the near future ) is going to be as good as an inkjet for photo's and believe it or not, I don't print out many photo's anyway. Besides, I was looking to get this for work and the most I'll likely be printing ( besides invoices etc ) will be sales fliers. So I had a hard time justifying the cost of the Lexmark toner over the Brother's even though the reviews say the Lex had slightly better quality for photo's.
So last night... I ordered up the Brother HL-L8350CDW... Hopefully I'll be happy with it.

I've used Lexmark for years also. Got hooked on them long ago cuz of the fax machinepart of them. Had to fax trucking papers in after all the runs the ole man had to do paperwork. I now use Epson printers. They werk good fer me. Butts they is ezpensibes fer da ink in my opiniums. Actuallys I feel dey ALL kimds is spenibes fer da ink
