In the past... regular coffee has never affected me as far as getting to sleep etc. None the less, recently I'd been having troubles getting to sleep with my mind being a bit on the restless side ( despite being tired enough ). So, I decided to test to see if it may now be affecting me since I'm growing older etc.
On Monday, I switched to only drinking decaf while at home. While the jury is still out on that ( it's just too early to say for certain )... I have noticed something else. I'm tasting a lot more flavor from the things I've been eating the last couple of days. It'll be interesting if my taste continues to be better...
