I've always been able to loose with exercise. As long as I am
ACTIVE I can maintain a healthy weight pretty easily. My problem was I got so off track, lazy, and stressed out about everything I just sat and gained a ton quickly. I'm glad I stuck it out for a month and kept going. Now I have the drive to get control over it. The gym has been a good motivation for me, gets me outta the house 6 mornings a week to be with other people having the same goal.
