Hopefully corrected so the forum shows the proper colors and brightness levels... etc..

Still showing a little more purplish than I saw it last night... but it's much closer to the pic I have than the first time through....

While I don't have anything against altering a shot for effect... I tend to prefer processing them as they looked to me when I was taking the shot. My edits are usually limited to cropping and straightening where needed ... in the case of lightning shots I will typically need to balance down the highlights so where the bolts are located isn't blown out and over exposed.

It didn't mess with the colors or the brightness on that compilation either... or not that I can notice.

The previous shot I'd posted... is the one on the lower left even if it's cropped down a bit... just in case you wondered what it should have looked like to start with.

I got over 130 shots last night... almost all of them have lightning in them ( all of them do if you count the ones with just back lit clouds ). It was tough to choose which ones to process and which to skip...
