I've read that Tiger says he wasn't drunk, but that the meds he was taking for his recent surgery do some weird things to him. Who knows...

Yep He said it wasn't alcohol, just a "reaction" to his meds. Yeah pain meds will do weird things to you when you take too many, but thats just My theory, and he did refuse a breathalyzer, hhmmmmmm
refusing a breathalyzer in florida means you forfeit your license.
yep, won't get the DUI. But will need a "driver" for a year.True but the cops need the test for evidence of DUI to get a conviction

Tiger Woods' DUI Police Report Shows Car Was Banged Up, Flat Tires and Damage (DOCUMENT)
The officers at the scene reported, "Both rims on the driver's side of the vehicle are damaged and both tires on the driver's side are flat."
Tiger was behind the wheel of a 2015 Mercedes AMG S65 at the time of the incident -- repairing that kind of a car ain't cheap.
Cops noted the damage appeared to have been inflicted recently.
In the report, officers say Woods -- who was a groggy mess -- told cops he believed he was in Los Angeles and was driving to Orange County.
