SSSSSSSSsssssoooo the Dr's office called when they got my back x-rays today, they said I have osteoarthritis of the spine and degenerative bone disease.

The only suggestion beyond meds I can think of is to take a regiment of Omega 3 oil based supplements... Organic hemp oil being a very good source. I don't believe it'll solve it, but may lessen the pain to a degree over time.

I've already suggested the inversion table previously to also take a little of the load off of the spine for a time, but it couldn't hurt to mention it again. I quit using mine at the more extreme angles for any length of time ( it was hard on my ankles ), instead I find relief even at just 10-30°, just enough to take the weight off of the lower back.

So far the dr's office.....that I'm sure was just the receptionist.....only suggested a calcium supplement.
I'll most likely need to go in and talk to the DR.
I do think the inversion table would help even if just for a short amount of time.....while on it and for a short time after using it.
I'll be looking for a used one online shortly.
I think the whiskey is working fairly good right now! LOL...
