Maxie... almost forgot to mention this info... re: the inversion table, another suggestion when you get one...

Some areas of the spine doesn't get it's food and oxygen supply through the normal method of the blood stream like most areas of the body. Instead, some of it relies on the natural expansion and contraction when the spine is moving.

Because of that, one of the exercises I use on the inversion table is to teeter totter back and forth slightly. Starting from a level position, grab the hand rails on either side... and then slowly rock slightly back and forward. This will stretch and compress the spine assisting in providing the circulation it needs.

In addition to the calcium supplements you were suggested, as well as the Omega3 oils I suggested... include other foods/supplements that have anti-oxidant properties. While oxygen fuels the body, it's also degenerative and breaks things down just as it promotes rust on iron breaking it down. Using natural anti-oxidant supplements should help slow and possibly help allow some areas to rebuild.

Gooood afternoon y'all, happy Friday! :D:banana::banana::D

That sucks to hear about your back Max, hopefully you won't be in too much pain.

Well, right now my mom is on her way to... (drumroll, please) Ireland as a member of the local community choir! I hope she has a safe and fun trip.

I love my inversion table !

I feel like I stretch out another 1/2 inch using a 'wiggle' method.
