Do you have a link or can you at least give the name of the author... the terms "image resizer" is so generic that it could be several different products I found ( which also included online ones ).

The MS Powertools Image Resizer are made for XP but I found that Brice Lambson has updated it to work well with newer versions of Windows ( Win7-10 ).... I'll try it out and see what I think...
