Just to be clear about the various models and what they are forecasting concerning Irma...
None of the models have been consistent... NWS only forecasts the possible tracks out to 5 days and they even state that they are uncertain about their own forecasts. Any forecasts you see that go out further are even more in question.
Prepare for anything but do not be taken in by the hype that many are posting either... most of them are more concerned about their ratings, than they are about the accuracy of their predictions.
If I lived in Fl. I would be stocked up on stuff already just to avoid the carnage in the stores if it gets close,Then a person could sit and watch it unfold on tv or run like hell
