Mrs Max was gonna get some of them good bugs (probiotic's and yogurt) but she didn't. I'll try and get some today.
I did sleep through most of the night......only remember waking up about four times. Still weak, sore and really dehydrated I'm sure but going to go to work this morning and see how that goes.

@Maxedout lifeway kefir smoothies works great for puttin good gut bacteria back in.. my stomach doc has me drinkin them..kinda a yougart..buttermilk taste to em if its plain..the others has same taste but with a little fruit
