Norman, Ok
Moonie... if you're around...

Probably should keep an eye on the weather... A tornado warning is going to pass to the north of you but other cells will likely head your way that could become severe and possibly churn up something later as they get near you.

Hopefully everyone else down that way was ok today... I wasn't able to keep up with the radar after noon my time so I missed a lot.

I see that the snow/ice is closing in on Jmur... crossing fingers that it isn't as bad as the previous noreasters...

Finally started breaking down the 100mg nic I bought during the "great hoarding", back in '16. Man, I never realized how thick VG is! I've got a little left of store bought 24mg, so I'll prolly let my first batch sit for at least a few days. Came out of storage (not frozen) really clear light amber color. Let you know in a few days how my first attempt is, providing I don't poison myself...:D

Be sure you shake it real good 5 or 6 times while it steaps J :2c:

OBG has some t-storms happening as well but they weren't forecasted to be very strong for him.

And sometimes they lie A LOT!!:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

It's not so much that they lie... as just not tell the whole story... :D

I typically just watch the SPC warnings which forecast where the convective storms and tornado possibility etc. So storms that are more likely to be classified severe or worse. Lightning ( unless part of the convective storms ), heavy rains, snows or sleet are typically not mentioned in these forecasts.

I think you may have had more snow than Jmur even... by a bit at least...

Currently your radar estimated rainfall would be about 0.65" where Jmur's is about 0.51"... of course how deep the snow is will depend on how cold it is/was... I think Jmur's area was slightly warmer so his snow would be wetter and not as deep ( for the same amount of rainfall ).

Either way... stay warm my friends... :)

On iPad, so I can't "like" the previous posts, but yeah, Redd's got lots more than us so far. Right now we've got NO accumulation. Due to sublimation. (I know Rd will appreciate that:D). Just waiting to see what happens after 9 or 10 PM. Colder air closer to ground then. In any case, overall projections have gone down from over 12" to 4 to 8". I can certainly live with that...
