Homemade beef stew tonight. Beef, potatoes, mushrooms, peas and carrots. The meat literally pulls apart with a fork. Bought an Instant Pot for Linda this Christmas. It WAS for her, but I use it all the time . Beef stew like it simmered all day, but only cooks for 35 mins. All together, counting prep time, pressure build up and slow release, prep, etc. about 90 mins total. Not bad for incredible home cooked taste!
