What would be the ideal size for flavorings for DIY'ers?
1, 2 or 4 ounces?

Assuming the price is:
3.99, 6.99 and 9.99 respectively
(not set in stone, could go up or down depending on particular flavor)

I've done a little research and I think these prices are lower than any flavor seller, at least any considered quality.
Let me know otherwise.

2 oz. Yesterday's favorite flavor is today's Chilean guano.

1 oz for me would be great. And yeah that price is AWESOME! (which I'm sure surprises NOBODY!!)

Oh, these do crack easily if any torque is applied to them like dropping them and they land on the carto at an angle. But the fix is very easy. Just gently pull the clear plastic tube off the base while it's screwed on to the battery. Turn it around and reinsert it over the filler and on the base with the cracked end at the lip end. Works like a charm.

YOU ARE MY HERO!!! I had 2 of mine crack and was a little bummed. 2 GGDCC's saved!!!

You will definitely have to have a sampler size such as 10ml. I want to try a lot of flavors but wouldn't want to pay for an ounce until I knew it was for me. I know without a doubt that my girlfriend and I love the LorAnn Bubble Gum and the cheapest I have found it is $5.99 for 1 ounce (30ml). If customers found a flavor of yours that they absolutely had to have I think a 4 ounce version would work. If you can do it, 10ml, 1oz, and 4oz is my opinion.

Your prices would definitely be better than most (if not all), of course as you already mentioned, quality would have to be considered.

i never understood what "dry burn" means...does that mean just pushing the button with no liquid in the carto? if so, for how long? sheesh been vaping now for over 4 years and what a newbie question....

FYI: I'll be doing a review and a How TO Rebuild the New GoGO Dual Coil Cartomizers in a new thread shortly as soon as I find my camera.
First off, the GGDCC's hit exceptionally well and is an exceptional product for the GOGo. Great job bringing these to market, Eric.

Yes, you can disassemble them completely, clean the filler AND(this is important) DRY BURN THE DUAL coils!!!! You can reassemble them with little effort and they are essentially factory new, and good to go. I've done one but I didn't have a camera. As soon as I find my camera and another one gets tight on the draw, I'll do a picture tutorial of the entire process.

If you take all the fill out including the inner fill and press the button you will see the wire glow red, this is "dry burning" it burns away anything that might be gunked up on the coils because the fill can't hold it on there anymore. with the fill on you just end up getting more burned gunk. dry burning cleans the coils :)

I never did it with a carto, Tex, just atties. But that's the procedure, basically. If I recall correctly it was Kinabaloo (sp?) that brought it to the table a couple of years ago. It's 8-10 second burns while blowing on the coil a few times until the coil glows red. There's a learning curve with it and one is sure to over burn and open the coil rendering it useless. I rarely do it... only if nothing else works and if the atty has nearly reached it's life expectancy anyway.

I will add my praise for the dual coil Go carts - they are awesome! My husband and I have been using the same one each for over week and still going strong. I just tried tonight, however, the 3.5 ml dual coal clearomizers and must be doing something wrong - first hit ok then awful, awful burnt taste. I did one with Boba's (100% vg) and another with VS apple which is a blend but mostly PG I think. Same thing happened. I tried to look up what to do but everything I found was, I think, talking about other models as I didn't recognize the parts they were talking about. What did I do wrong? Did I ruin them? How to fix?

Hi, Eric -- Do you know when/if you might be getting in more of the Go-Go batts with the LCD readouts? I was just about to pull the trigger on an order last night, when I found myself surfing the net on them and liked the reviews on them -- I assume these are the ones that were called the Go-Go Pro earlier this year.

As a computer geek, the idea of having a batt with a readout is extremely appealing.... :)

I've found the top area of the carto needs to be wet for it to taste right. I tilt it so the battery end is up and the little pace between the 2 inside rubber stoppers is filled with juice...not so much that it gets in the mouthpiece though. It's just a matter of remembering to tilt the PV with the battery end higher than the carto. When the carto is full you don't need to tilt it as much in order to get the liquid to the top.

I've seen in other threads where it's suggested to tilt this type of carto every so often to avoid the burn.

Dual Coil innards:

as you can see the coils are on the bottom and the middle of the carto, IMHO the best method to fill these is to use a syringe and go in from the side, holding the carto horizontally start at the bottom and slowly move up, you will see it start to fill, do not go past the fill when filling (although that's ok)
Doing it this way saturates the areas where the coil lives.

Burning taste can come from one of the coils NOT being wet enough and then you are just vaping the burnt fill. If it burns enough there will not be enough of the inner fill left on the coil to transfer the liquid to it and it will continue to burn giving you a semi permanent burnt taste

You can fill this from the top, but you need to be really patient and fill with 2ml at least, the specs say 3.5 ml, but it doesn't seem to take that much, any less than 2ml on a new dual coil is going to cause problems

I am going to do a bunch of videos next week (no day job to deal with) and this will be one of the subjects, I also plan on having webcam presentations soon also if I can swing it time wise.

also, if you always leave the carto in the vertical position some of the liquid will leak toward the bottom and even though you might have a ml left, the fill might not be as wet as it should be. I always leave mine in a horizontal position, seems to do well.
