mohawkx Do the dual coil Gocarts have 2 pieces of the inner fill(one for each coil)? I haven't needed to clean one yet so I haven't taken one apart. Is the problem with re-wrapping them that it is just tedious or is it really difficult? I think someone(Eric?) took one apart and had a pic of it here somewhere. I'm going to go look now.

the coils are really tiny and they are intermingled with the wires, and the coils are fragile, so if you have a very stead hand I would imagine it would be easy, but me and my clumsiness with tiny things... it's hard. That's why I just wrapped it all up

So you have to weave it between the wires? How many times do you wrap it around the coils?

The one I did was wrapped around the coils about 1.5 times..Again the coils are very fragile and easy to break.

It wasn't that long ago that you started selling Go-gos and the chargers because you couldn't buy one from any of the other vendors. I bet they wish now that they would have offered them. LOL

Just wanted to drop by and give my opinion on the GGDCCs.
I freakin' love them!
I put decorative tape around them because no matter how wet I keep them even clear juice starts looking brown inside there and it grosses me out, so I figured that I would be happier if I couldn't see through them. LOL.
I am now completely happy with them and trying to figure out where to get the funds to get more.

That is funny because I did the same thing but I found mine yesterday mixed with my standard Go-cartos. The box is white and a little thinner and a little longer than a standard box. Good luck that is frustrating when you can't find something, now if I could only find my LED Go-Go that has a full GGDC attached. Good luck!

I would still like to see a dual coil "horizontal bottom coil" but that may never happen. Then you could replace the fill just like the go-carts

Wendall, the outer filler is actually easier to change on the GGDCC's than the standard carto's. No straws needed. Look at Mohawkx post a couple pages back.

It's ridiculously easy, I did 5 in 5 minutes including disassembly, clean and reassembly.

Well, I bit the bullet and ordered a duel coil! Lay-offs and such prevent me from REALLY ordering a few, but I HAVE to try one I STILL after 6 months cant seem to clean a go-cart and have it work as good as new so I just keep ordering more LOL
Thought I'd treat myself and try what you all are raving over! I have had duel coils for my 510 and liked them, so this should be a real treat.....
