OK, all three juice vendors I checked with so far have no problems. So....I dunno. You don't seem to be violating TOS as far as products sold, so I can't imagine what the problem is. :confused:

OK, thanks for checking, I'll let you know what I find out from WePay tomorrow. I do appreciate the help :)

Eric, have you contacted any of the customers that had their orders cancelled? Like has been said, maybe it's just a glitch and on your end that's what you're seeing and not really what's happening. Your customers could tell you if they received any word from WP. Maybe they wouldn't have heard though...oh well, I tried. :) We all want to fix things for you because we REALLY want you to stay in business. I know for me I'm tired of not knowing my vendors and not getting good CS any more because they've gotten so big. I want you to get big too but I know you will also remember your "best" customers. :D

Yes, several have also contacted me to say they received an email saying their payment was cancelled.

Hey Knoxville, I spoke to Mary, the one that helped us not long ago when you just started using wepay. She said she had that happen a long while ago bit was a system glitch
She did say they just changed things again on how things look so it might be connected to a glitch. I would try sending yourself a test bill to see if its corrected itself. You know you can always msg me and ill try getting the answers for ya

Thank you. Did she contact you today? No one responded to my email??

UPDATE

Ok, looks like my panic was for nothing, WePay had some system error that cancelled all my invoices.

While this is good news, it isn't helpful. All the orders marked cancelled will have to be resent. Not a big deal I will do it but I would imagine the customers getting a "please pay again" notice will not be too pleased.

OK, so whew! That's a relief! Just wish it hadn't happened on a weekend. :blink:

That's excellent news! I mentioned the credit card issues, in the review, and spoke about WeBill/WePay. Glad I don't have to retract that this soon after recording it. ;-)

"well if you are not smart enough to find a processor or not big enough then you shouldn't be doing it"

How exactly does anyone get away with talking like that to someone else on ECF and not get a warning or kicked out? That's ridiculous.

Alright, I just got my order from Eric. 3-3.5ml 510 Clear Clearomizers and some Original Blend Premium Tobacco. I also got a green superball with a smiley face on it. So is this going to be like Crackerjacks where you get a prize in every box?

Not sure.. maybe because it's the suppliers private forum? I am not one to report someone though, let them be as*** I just won;t join in :)

Okay, serious time. I have a question. :) Is there going to be a tube replacement for the XL3's? Like, if someone wanted to get an XL3, and get just the Mini XL3's tube. Or, if I wanted to get a tube with a cool design. I am going to use it to test stuff out, in future reviews (as I do with many of my items), I would like to to stand out. :D
