Hey Eric, silly question here.... Those Segelei DC 510 Chrome 5ml tanks ya got there, are they by any chance the same size diameter as the new Smoktech RT tanks ? I got one of those and I absolutely hate the huge drip tip top it has. I'm looking for maybe a dc tank the same size so I can take the tops and change them out I know, that's silly of me to buy a tank just for the top but I really would rather use my regular drip tips then that big honker Do you think it would fit ?

If you are talking about the Smoktech Vivi rebuildable, I do think it will fit. Let me check, when I get home. I should know in about 40 minutes.

The smoktech RC tanks are screw in very similar to the Vivi Nova, so no they would not be interchangeable.

That's not the RC tank.. that's the Vivi Tank.
I will have these in shortly and will let you know if LD doesn't beat me to it

smoktechs new tank might be called "RCT" instead of "RT" I will have to check.
My first impression of thier RC or RCT tank is.. poor.. very poor. Vape amount is great but serious burnt hits and poor flavor. Unless this improves it's not a purchase for me. (I received one sample)

Neither the RCT Tank nor the DCT tank is compatible with the Segelei end caps.

Segelei Tank: slightly smaller diameter tube than the DCT & RCT
DCT: slightly Larger diameter tube than the Segelei
Smokteck RCT: Screw in end caps (not push in) will not work on either Segelei or DCT
Smoktech Vivi Tank: Not sure do not have one yet, but it might. I would guess probably because they are probably using the same tubing as the DCT, but won't know for sure until I get one.

Idk what the rc tank is but the one your talking about the old dct tanks will fit this atleast the ones i have fit.

are they using the same end cap for the top/bottom also? and how about the bottom, is that coil post just sitting in there like a replacement carto?

See I don't have any old tanks so I didn't know which ones would fit it. So I dunno which to get. I didn't wanna spend major bucks on a tank I'm only gonna use the top piece off of cuz I won't use the tank part and Eric could use the business since I will order from him again so I thought I'd ask

No the bottoms are diff the connection is built in one piece

Alright so I got my juices today that I have been waiting for and I saved one of my ViVi Novas and my 3 thors that I got for the new juice. The ViVi's are doing awesome, but the Thors arent playing nice with my V8 because I suspect (somebody please correct me if I am wrong) that the 2.4 head that the Thor comes with is too low for PWM.... No biggie, I bought 2 2.8 ohm heads that will work great because thats what the ViVi has. I went on DV to get a few 3.2 and 4.0 heads and they are out of stock! You expecting more soon Eric??

it's two wicks one thick one thin, basically the same amount of material just the thicker one is twisted.

I am trying to figure out what is up.. you are correct it does seem like these do not play well with V8's and other PWM, like the Vivi Nova minis they vape pretty good on regular egos and passthroughs, put them on a V8 and not so good.

I am confused as to why, I wish I was more of an expert on this, sorry about that.

They don't fit because the are designed to fit in the end of a cart that goes threw the top cap .unless you want to cut off a piece of a cart and use that but i don't know if you want to go threw that .
