Well, the bank that owns it has been playing games. I sent them back one final offer last night, which was 11k lower, and had them fixing a few things. They just came back, as I thought they would, and agreed... but are no longer agreeing to pay any closing costs. So, without them helping at closing, I'm sunk!

It's terrible !! First they kick people out of their homes cuz they made such outrageous demands on their bank loans in the first place, then they foreclose, then the homes get vandalized or just run down, and then they have the gall to put new buyers through hell because they wanna pinch every penny they can out of them ! I say...LET PEOPLE BUY THEM at least they're going to get money flowing and people have a place to live ! It makes no sense
