I cannot find the posts but I believe someone had problems with the VV350 and battery life. I put newly charged batteries in not one but two different VV350's and after 1 hit, the meters say "Lo" and quit working. When I put the mm on the batts. they still have a full charge. Anybody encounter this? Anybody know the fix?

Tully,

I recently encountered some strange behavior myself. I have eight 18650 batteries that I rotate through several APVs. The battery in my V8 indicated that it was at 3.5 Volts, and that's where I normally replace the battery with a freashly charged battery.

Whenever I remove a battery from an APV, I immediately place it on the charger, and then when charged move it to the back of the available batteries.

I placed the next battery in line into the V8, and the display on the V8 was very DIM. I could not "turn the V8 ON" with the 5 click. My thoughts were that I had somehow not charged that particular battery after its last use. I put the next battery in line into the V8, and everything worked as it should.

When I placed the suspected discharged battery on the charger, within a few seconds it indicated Full Charge. Put that battery back in the V8, and it worked correctly.

Have no idea what caused this anomaly, other than the possibility of a bad contact in the V8.

Strange, but True.

The OVALE V8? Those take 2 18350's like the segelei tube and the VV350's. Unless I don't know another V8. I now have 4 of the Ovale 8's and all 3 segelei "V8's in a Tube" I seriously LIKE them ALOT!

This is so wierd, because the batteries are fullycharged and the meter on the unit keeps saying "Lo" after 1 puff. I am going to keep an eye out but put them away til tomorrow when I am off so I can figure it out. I REALLY like these little VV350's I got two from Eric and want to get the other colors elswhere but not if this is an ongoing issue.

I hust wanted to give a little update on my woes witn attaching different clearos (vivi novas and thors) to my Mini Lambo 4.0.... When I fist got the unit, I could only get 1 of the 8 Vivi's i have and 1 of the 3 Thor's I have to fire without an adapter. Well I got ...... off at the adapter because first it wouldnt come off of my PV and the it wouldnt come off of one of my vivis. So I was just playing a little bit ago and decided to attach them without an adapter and.... I have successfully fired 3 Vivi's without the adapter!!! I have no idea how or why (maybe its because ive dropped it so much LOL) but I sure am happy! :)

Eric, this is a really awesome name! ;)

I can't believe that they are only $27.95! I was always told that stainless steel would drive up cost, and that is why most mods are brass. I guess you proved that wrong!

That's good news, kaleb! Mine works fine without any adaptors, however, the threads seem a little off to me. I did put a drop of juice on them, I probably should put another one as they do stick sometimes and I clean them out when I change devices.... I do make sure I am very careful with them!

Wow! Some really nice stuff there! I have been drooling over these rba's, but have been a bit scared off from them! Just when I am about to pull the trigger on one, something happens, like I read bad things or they are out of stock or....... d'oh! Soon!
Don't be afraid of them Snus. Just take your time and you can do that. If the first one's not quite right...so what ? You can always try again. Before long you'll be very comfortable with it :)

I finally get to the point where I can order a Griffin (which I've been drooling over for weeks) and you get more cool looking stuff in. Dude, you're killing me! Luckily the Boss Lady is in Arizona till friday, so maybe I can slid the new gear in under the weather. Now I'm going to need another VV just to keep up with all the new neat stuff.
I do like the looks of the Hydra though, Guess I'm a sucker for rebuildables. Well, it's time to start saving my nickels and dimes again!
Seriously though, I can;t say enough about Eric, the gear he carries, the time he takes to answer an odd ball question. I for one will continue to use him for anything I need for vaping and will also try to steer as many people to him as I can. Thanks again Eric :thumb:

UPDATE

I can't say what rebuildable I am getting next (actually two of them) but if you were to look at a certain website's forum on ecf that tends to hype things.. you might figure out one of them.

Should be here Monday I am hoping.

Please note, I am not trying to tease anyone on purpose, it's just that I do not like to hype something not yet here. But I also don't want people spending too much money elsewhere just to have something maybe a day or two before hand (maybe). Just please HOLD OFF on buying any shiny new thing until early next week that might (and I stress might) drop a day or two early somewhere else.

(besides it'll be kinda fun to see what price they set it at...)

My delay is only due to the payment issue I've run into lately, geting to the bank to do wire transfers is hard. I am working on that also, I'll have online bank transfers setup in two weeks YEA!!! That will make my average wait cut down by 2 days!!

Just remember my gig is lowering the price and rebuildables will be no exception, unless the competition is getting smart...
