The FDA announced it will regulate electronic cigarettes under the tobacco Control Act. This added regulation could have a negative impact on the availability, accessibility and cost of e-cig products.

But you can make sure that your opinion is heard!
Please share your story with the FDA. Ask them not to implement additional regulations which would limit your ability to obtain e-cigs. Read the notice of public hearing on the FDA website. You can click on the blue Comment Now button in the upper right corner of the FDA’s site to submit your comments through Wednesday, January 16, 2013.

Vape Tray - Triple Holder with Charging Slot

It has one charging slot and is powered by USB either through computer port or wall plug. This is extremely handy, at least for me.
Charges standard eGo batteries but I do not have a list, so far all the twists and everything except the thicker 1300mah charge on this. There is a light in the middle top that goes red when charging, green when finished.

I suggested this to them when I first bought the vape tray and here it is

He did not get one from me. He got one from the makers and they probably told him I was going to have them, if there is any confusion, it's just a misunderstanding. Trust me, I will post the second they come in, I am in no way holding back.

I do have to say the tray is pretty cool

Just keep the slot clean, make sure your battery contacts are clean before putting then in there, it goes in upside down so if it has liquid in the center post of your battery it will get in there.

Ooohhhh that's wonderful news! I've been thinking about making ceramic wicks for months, then been following a similar thread on ECF. It'll be great to see a commercial one and I'll definitely be buying a few.

The ceramic wicks are probably the biggest thing to hit the market in a long time, imho! Very innovative.... maybe that is why I wasn't able to find a torch when I was out the other day!

Announcement on the Kanger MT3/T3

Full disclosure, as always.

Ok, so some people have been talking about the differences in T3 bottom coil replacements and I checked and all mine are the same, however, someone emailed me about the MT3 this morning. The T3 bottom coil base are interchangable with the MT3 and can be used for either device, BUT, the standard MT3 base is a hair wider to accomidate the metal skin on the MT3 and it's lighter in color. I took samples apart and looked for any difference in the internals and could not find any, so the innards are the same, it's the base piece that is different.

I also took an old T3 sample and checked and it too is the same as my latest T3.

So...conclusion:
The MT3 base is slightly different in design on the actual base part but the internals are the same, this means I have to start carrying the actual MT3 base now, which I was told by my rep was the same item, clearly this is not the case. This will teach me a lesson... always keep old samples and new samples and cross check between actual models. I was checking between the same models and didn't see this.

While I personally do not see any performance issues between the two and I did not see anything different in the actual coil design, there is a little bit of misdirection/misinformation going on here. I do not think this will affect anything real world wise, they should all perform the same but this doesn't sit well with me.

Unfortunately Kanger is so busy they cannot promise an order before they go on their yearly two week holiday, so the resolution for me at least will have to wait until they get back. For now, the T3 bottoms do work on the MT3, they are just not exactly the same color/size.

For the record I have not carried MT3 bottoms so this doesn't actually affect anyone in this way, glad for that...
