I've visited Syracuse and Potsdam in the winter, and I would say Syracuse was the closest but tolerable. I don't see anything wrong with 4 and a half feet of snow, but the wind will chill you thoroughly:D I would whine constantly if I lived in Tampa, though...waaaay to warm for my blood :)

I have a love/hate relationship with Tampa. I love it 9 months out of the year, but the other 3 months are hell. Maybe when I retire, I'll move up the coast to NC or VA and enjoy a more temperate climate with actual seasons.

I grew up in VA and went to college there. Great seasons. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous....Met alot of great people from NY and FL in VA of all places!! Highly recommend living there, though I prefer the southern part of the state and anything along the coastline. Warning: You will hear lots of, "It's not the heat, it's the humidity!" LOL!

I used to take long weekend trips down to Hampton and Virginia Beach when I lived in NJ, and it was always a great time. I could see me kickin' back in that area along the coast of NC/VA and just chillin' on some cool vapes. :smokie:

I live in San Francisco, and any weather that raiser temperatures beyond 65 is way too hot for me. I like fall here. It's foggy, windy (not too cold, though), and light rain sometimes. Perfect weather for me.

I visited SF a few years back during October and it was very nice there. As much as I enjoyed the city, I absolutely fell in love with Northern California when I went to Lake Tahoe and Muir Woods. Just some of the most awe inspiring natural scenery up in that area.

NY is a good place to visit, I think. For most people 3 days to a week is enough before they want to leave. It's pricey here, but not more so than San Fran so that part should make you feel at home :)

My favorite part of NY has to be Lake Placid and the surrounding area in the mountains. I wouldn't go there in the winter (I don't ski), but in the summer time it's just so peaceful and relaxing.

Virginia Beach was my hometown back in the day (then Charlottesville). Great place. Lots of sun, beach, small town feel. At least, when I was there. It's really exploded now, but still a good place. Great people.
My regular haunt was Chick's Beach, over by Ft. Story, the old Army base. Fewer people, always calm and quiet.
Parents moved to Herndon then Yorktown when I left, neither of which compare to VB, IMO. Laid back, close to everything.
Lived aboard a 35' boat years later in northern part of Norfolk, incredible!!
Nags Head is great in NC, too. Live in San Diego now, but think we would move back if the work was there. Lots of good memories.
:)

I spent a couple of weeks in LA with a weekend trip to SD back in '03, and I really liked it there too. San Diego doesn't offer much in the way of scenery for me, but the people there were really nice and laid back. My kind of people. I'm very sure that I could get into the CA lifestyle if I could just afford to live there. :D

Yes, Muir Woods is one of my favorite areas around here. Napa Valley is also a very nice place to visit, if you're ever around here again, and if you love wine. This is one reason I can't see myself moving out of this area. You have big metropolitan areas, then you have large tracts of nature less than 30 mins away.

me too!!!! LOL!!! It's WAAAAAAYYYYY too expensive to live in CA! Good grief! Taxes on everything and then some, plus out of pocket for just about everything that taxes are supposed to cover (i.e. public school activities, lessons, etc.)!

When you go to the Discount Vapers home page, click on "Clearomizers" in Categories on the left-hand side. On the Clearomizers page, click on the Kanger banner. All of the items on that page are Kanger products. If an item is a clone or copy of a popular item, DV always tells you that it is "not Vision" or "not Kanger," in some cases will list the company building the copy, and in some cases they are labeled "DV Brand."
Good evening friends :) Happy Mothers Day to all you moms out there!!!

Yes I did. :) I just scared the daylights out of her though by accident. I'm obsessed with listening to the police scanner (I know, I'm weird) and the ambulance was just dispatched to my sister's street out in the country because a 3 year old had a seizure and my 3 year old nephew has been sick. It wasn't him who had the seizure though thank God! Scared us all though!
