Same thing happened to Cropduster awhile back. He too suspected a competitor and it really hit him at a bad time just as he was getting some customers. He eventually got a credit card setup but it took awhile.
This is so sad Eric, I'm so sorry for you for all this happening at once to such a great guy! 
I've used WePay before a couple of times with another vendor (not go-go!
), and it worked just fine. First time, I got a service fee, but when I mentioned it, he was surprised, and got it reversed.
Hopefully things will all turn around quickly, you start feeling better right away!

First, hope you recover soon Eric! Second, PayPal sucks. I could offer an educated opinion of PayPal's methods of with holding of money not theirs but it serves no purpose. They are simply another corporate entity that has ingrained iteself into so much of online commerce that they can and do take steps that fall into gray areas of the law.
And they get away with it because most individuals nor small busineses have neither the time or resources to fight an entity of their size and deep pockets. We will gladly use whatever method you choose as a replacement Eric! And I will even be polite and not say what I think of the idea that one of your "competitors" would stoop so low as to pull some like that.

Eric, call the bank or go to the bank and stop that transfer..it normally takes a few days..
PayPal really sucks-We all know Eric is a very honest man and we trust him completely.
Also, Eric, just GET WELL and after that deal with business matters and customers.
We all will stick by you -I am very sure of that.

( Paypal got hacked along with my credit card to the tune of double digit thousands, years ago, and they sure took their sweet time taking care of me and the many others. I use my Visa card when bills are sent through paypal- do not let them use my money since) And changed my bank account so they can never get into it)

Yes, this! I wish I'd thought of it when I first saw your post. It usually takes about 3 days for me when I transfer money from my bank account to paypal. Maybe they do it faster when it's more money, but it's worth a try!

I am so very sick today, probably the worst I've felt in a long time, definitely have a serious infection so I am going to the doctor as soon as my wife gets home. I think I personally would be out of commission today but she'll handle the orders (except liquids, those will have to wait).

Please guy and gals, I know I don't have to ask but if anyone asks about WePay and I am not here to answer, relay your experience or just tell them they will never get jilted by me or any service. It may take a while to "bill" from WePay because it's manual and I might not be here for a while but it won't delay orders too much.

I purchased them due to some suggestions and because I have some of this stuff on my website, makes it easier to use my XL batteries, the VV, the EPower etc..
I'm sorry to hear you are sick, Eric, please, don't worry about us .. there's enough of us here that are familiar with your practices and WePay that we can handle questions from newbies til you are back on your feet. We will not let your business suffer.
Mega doses of Vit C will help, I'm talking 10,000 units. (You can not take too much Vit C, it's water soluble and you will flush off the excess - if you have stomach upset, back off on the dosage amounts) I've been reading a lot a bout high doses of Vit C lately and seems that it is a powerful immune booster, even more so than we've come to believe. Perhaps when you are better, you can do the research yourself.
To all those who have used that payment processor that has screwed Eric, be very careful in the coming days. I've heard from other sources that they are now aware of ECF and scan for mentions of themselves in threads. Many vendors do not allow you to say the word in their thread, for fear they will be discovered. (mods and smaller vendors, anyway) You do not want to bring their attention to your account, for they might try the same thing on you. I'm not trying to scare anyone, it's just wise to be more careful about mentioning the name in ECF anywhere. Just refer to them as "the payment source" or whatever.
Eric, I do hope you are able to stop the payment to them from your bank. I'm sorry that I didn't bring this issue up previously, I honestly don't know why I didn't warn you ... guess I've just been obsessed with my own problems. I am very sorry and I promise to keep you apprised of any issues arising from the other one that I become aware of.
