Thank you everyone! It was really hard going to bed last night. I started to and then couldn't. I had to get to the point that I was passing out in my chair and then go because since we put Star down this summer Sprite has been my constant companion and even snuggled in bed with me.

I'm starting fresh today and it's wonderful to see all the smiling posts!

Not a piece yet...but that happens sometimes. I'll check again soon. I've had them (USPS) deliver mail after 8pm on some days. They're not exactly reliable on my end

Are you able to get to the mailbox Stoney? Hear that the weather is frigid up there!
Good friend of mine is visiting family in Rochester this weekend; says its really, really cold.
Of course, anything below 65 is really cold to us now! haha!

Hey, I looked at the reviews and menus on those Italian places you recommend...very nice!

You should splurge and take your sis out to a Michelin starred restaurant...aren't Bernardin, Masa and Per Se close to you guys?

I bet she would love it (but your wallet might not! )

Kaleb...I got mail tonight, but no package or notice for one. I'll check on the tracking for you as well

EDIT: Tracking states that it was out for delivery this morning, but I suppose the mail carrier either didn't bring it or left it at the PO...or the snow foiled us. If I don't get it tomorrow, I'll raise a fuss. I think I should give him a break for the "snow day." Traffic alone was a giant mess, so that might have affected how things were handled today.

My mailbox is indoors There aren't any outdoor personal mailboxes in NY that I'm aware of, I think it is a theft deterrent.

I'm glad you saw the reviews/suggestions I posted. Honestly, there are many more good choices but those are the ones I always think of first.

Sadly, my sister won't be able to come visit this time. I think it might be just as well since the weather is crappy, and I'm planning to go see her soon anyway.

We've got a few inches of the white stuff, and it is definitely slippery out here for us. Pretty cold too.
