2 Dr appointments coming up this week. It is still painful at times, but getting stronger. I can do about everything, but run. 2014 I will be running again. I hope to get re-certified to climb telephone poles in Jan. All in Gods time, my watch is broken. I hope every one has a great day.

Morning everyone. So I just got over my stomach bug and now I'm getting a cold. I can only breathe out of one side of my nose. Ugh! Other thanthat, the week is going pretty well so far. I was the first one in the office yesterday and my alarm code got deleted accidentally, which sent me into a panic. Luckily I know a friends code that worked! Have an awesome day all!!!
