We ended with about a foot of snow. The temps are brutal. We are supposed to see 20's for the weekend, then single digits again for the first half of the week. Wind chills well below 0. I'm ready for summer. Hang in there Fran.

Global warming and climate change are still occurring, but it is accompanied by wild weather extremes. The extreme cold, IMO, is as alarming as the extreme heat.

Our last 3 winters were incredibly warm. Even this winter isn't the coldest I can remember in NY. Your temperatures, on the other hand, seem very out of character.

Our winters here have been average to a little colder than normal for the last few years.
