Any updates on the cleaning kits Eric?

Chopper and I am working on them, he's helping me with my ideas for a better one.
I keep getting shafted on parts, all the wrong parts.. so I thought about it and came up with a better method, for a universal cleaner.
It's still in design phase but should be finished within the week.

I'm so sorry that you've had such bad flooding problems. I hope this is the last you'll have to deal with it. But I am glad your business is doing so well. It goes to show that someone willing to be there for their customers will flourish.

When I read about the gold cartos being inferior to the silver ones I had to laugh. When I posted in another forum about having problems with them I was basically told it was just me and I felt I was ostracized for even bringing it up. Now I feel vindicated and I'm happy to know you are aware of the problem. It seems some vendors will say anything in order to sell their stuff and I'm so glad you run your business transparently. Honesty goes a long way with most people and you're doing a great job, Eric. Thank you! :)

I'll never understand that mentality that you have to hide what you are doing or not be completely transparent. You all know the score in this business, we buy in bulk and sell to those who can't or won't. It's not a secret, we buy low and sell high (some sell REALLY high :))

We do not make the products, so in the end even though we are responsible for the service end, we are not responsible for the actual manufacture of a shoddy product. So you just need to take care of the service end of things.... It's our job as sellers.

If you get something not so great, you tell people, and move on until you find something that is great. For instance, if I get a bad batch of batteries, I probably won't know until they are in the hands of customers, it's my job to make it right and move on to a supplier who sells a better product, if I am able to make it right to the customer, I should, and not hide behind "it must be you" BS.

Personally if someone confirmed my suspicion or inquiry about something they sold to me not being 100% and something newer was better, I would be more inclined to buy from them in the future, knowing they had their eye out for me and my best interests at heart.

I think too many of the sellers are in it for short term gain and can't see the big picture.
It's sad... But they may start to regret their ways when I get big enough (hopefully) to take on the rest of the market, ego's, Vgos, 510's, mod's etc... I browse other sellers websites occasionally and see so much overpriced gear, it's just boggles my mind. At the very least, my presence in the market will lower prices dramatically and I think we've seen some evidence of this already with the Go-go line and that's a good thing, me no afraid of competition LOL.

Just for the record, I've had my lions share of bad product, but I am 99% certain none of it ever went out. I am trying real hard to keep it that way.

LOL, my wife still keeps asking me when we will see a profit. I can't stop finding new stuff, it's like an addiction :) I figure somewhere around 2015 :facepalm:

Eric - you're attitude described above is something to which I can personally attest. You communicate directly with your customers and endeavor to find out the problem and create the solution (mine was simple, but the service was there, nonetheless). This is what will bring me and others back time after time, and we will spread the word, and your business will grow. Let your wife know we are working on that profit! ;)

Also, since you brought it up, I have an ePower now too for which I need accessories, and will need replacement parts at some point I'm sure. Like 510 atty's, Dual Coil Cartos, batteries, etc. Let me know when you're ready to expand. I for one would prefer a one stop shop so I don't have to pay shipping at 3-4 different places! :D

Eric, was the freebie you gave out the Magnets? That's the only other thing I had in my package .. but you sent one of those to me on my last order too, so I didn't think it was that! Very cool .. they are both on my fridge!

No, I replaced the magnets with something else, I wanted something more "useful"
hmm.. perhaps your last order was just before I got them in.

Second, I have created a very delicious flavor...it is a sweet tasting cinnamon. Not sure what to call it but it has a slight burn of cinnamon, a cool back of the throat hit and sweetness. Amazingly, to me at least, it all comes together quite well.

I need a name for it, and also if anyone thinks that sounds interesting.

I will not be around later today, I am going to my friends home who has that awesome printer and we are going to work on wraps and other cool stuff, so any responses may be late.

Eric- I really do appreciate you being such a great supplier. I didn't order my original kit from you, because I didn't know go-gousa existed. I'm having a problem with one of my battery buttons, but unfortunately the supplier I bought from only offers a 7 day warranty. Looks like I will be ordering an extra battery from you pretty soon. LOL!

BTW: I did the twisty button thing I found on your troubleshooting section, and it didn't really fix the problem, but it was very nice to find such a well organized troubleshooting write up.

If you want, send your non working battery to me, I can take it apart and see if there is something I can fix for you.
If you are willing to wait for it with your new battery order (if you do order) I can ship it back with it to save return shipping.

edit: 7 day warranty? seriously ? and customers still order from these people? shame shame...
