Oh, that's really nice of you. If I was mechanically inclined I'm sure I could diagnose the button problem. It seems to be misaligned or something. I'm too scared to take the button off and look, because I don't know if I'd be able to get it back on. It's still 'sort of' working, but I have to hit it just right. Yeah, 7 day warranty pretty much sucks. It was working fine during those 7 days. I don't think it's anything I did to it, but it did work just fine out of the box, so...

I'm going to order a purple battery, but I have to go deposit some money first, so don't sell all the purple ones. Just kidding, if purple is gone I will get a different color.

Second, I have created a very delicious flavor...it is a sweet tasting cinnamon. Not sure what to call it but it has a slight burn of cinnamon, a cool back of the throat hit and sweetness. Amazingly, to me at least, it all comes together quite well.

I need a name for it, and also if anyone thinks that sounds interesting.

That's a cool name.
But the sweeter note hits more than the cinnamon note, so I am not sure if I should use Cinnamon in such a bold way?

Not sure why it took me this long to figure this out but as I test out flavors I use a lot of Go-go cartos. I clean them after every use so I do not get left over flavor profiles from other flavors.
What I have noticed is that after about 5 or so cleanings the flavors do not taste as good, the vapor isn't as full and there is an under taste like butter without the butter if that makes any sense...

It's slightly better if I use the fluval as a replacement.

I used a new carto this morning on the flavor I was discussing earlier and it tasted a lot better.
This isn't some ploy to get you to buy more cartos, just curious if anyone else has run into this?

I am thinking the inner batting has more to do with vapor and flavor than I thought?
I really need to find out exactly what that inner batting is made of.

Eric- I've been looking at the inner batting and I think it must be some sort of non-woven material. Not sure if it's 100% cotton or not. The technique seems to be called hydroentanglement.

Some possible things to try as replacement... Amazon.com: Intrinsics 4" X 4" 100% Cotton Esthetic Wipes: Beauty

That sort of thing. I'm not sure what the thickness of those two products is. I'd guess the esthetic wipes are thinner as they are listed as 4 ply.

It looks a lot like the material you'd find in an alcohol wipe (like diabetics use to clean the injection site) or the material used in a moist bathroom wipe. I even considered trying these two materials out (although the alcohol wipe is a bit thicker than the piece found in the cartomizer) but I didn't want to be inhaling residual isopropyl alcohol or fragrances left on the material.
