I appreciate the replies, really do. I hope that my post didn't sound too harsh , if I offended anyone, I apologize for that.
My problem with the leaking lies in the carto only. The tank has no issues. Its a fantastic addition to my Go-Go. The problem with the carto, i think, is the little "throat" peice is not sealing very well. It seems to be loose and it moves around pretty easy.
Now the way chopper just explained about filling and the fill plug makes since to me, although I don't think I have been pushing on it, (it fits really tight) it's possible that I have.,, since I made that post, it has not leaked a drop yet, but, I put it on the new battery that I got with the tank, which is different than my older batteries from cig-easy. I THINK the only time it has leaked is when it was on that battery.
I will keep trying it for a few more day's, and see if it is something I am doing or the carto,, now that I have a little more info. .....thanks again guy's....Harley41

PS. when I refill the tank, I do it before the liquid gets to the top of the holes. Thinking this would keep it from flooding.

No offense taken harley only trying to help.Hope it works out for you as they are really nice to have.Less time refilling cartos and such.

Hey Eric, there's a list of little things I want to order, but it seems like the items are never all in stock at the same time. Is there any way to go ahead a pay for all the stuff I want and have you set it aside and ship it when everything is in stock?

If that's too much of an inconvenience I will understand.

I am getting all the charging cables tomorrow so I can make all the kits I need.
I bought heavily into the no kit as I was selling them the most. To me, the box is useless, except as a gift and it costs more to buy it that way (oddly enough). I try to keep the prices down as much as I can.

I will get some actual boxes in soon, but I will have all the No Box kits tomorrow.

Sure, I took of back ordering for a while because I had too many orders for the adapters but I am getting those in as well very soon. I will turn everything on in a few minutes. You'll be able to order and I will let you know when each item will be in stock

EDIT: Ok, updated everything. All except boxed black is available for order. I have stainless cartos in stock, I didn't update it last week DUH!

Just a little info here. I have some ego mega dual coil cartos that I really like and used with my ego batts so I wanted to use them with the go-go batts. So I ordered the go-go-batt to 510 adapter..

Just for info the skirts on the emdcc's will not work with adapter but it will work if you have a 510-510 extension which I just ordered so we will see how that comes out..

I guess I could cut off some of the skirt but just didn't want to do that..

Ive put in many days and hours testing the tank well before they went public.I even gave away free ones to get feedback on them and suggestions. The main reasons for excessive flooding from the center air tube is.1) The poly fill is not not correctly packed down and is not absorbing the liquid fast enough.2) Filling for the first time or refilling and not waiting for the carto filler to absorb the suggested time.3) The fill hole plug is not snug in the filler hole which when you hit it.Air is being pulled in and causing a vacuum effect which pulls more juice into the carto which will flood it.4) If you push in on the filler plug at any time while vaping it will act as a primer and will push air into the carto just like a primer button on a weed eater when you prime the gas. When you remove the filler plug air gets inside the tank and when you put the plug back in that air is built up which is why the center air tube has some flooding. The wait time is for that purpose to allow that built up air to adjust itself.Nothing made is error proof for everything has its fault. The Titanic was made to be unsinkable, but where is it now,at the bottom of the sea.Check the fill plug and hole.If the fill plug goes into the hole very easy then that is most likely the problem. It should take a little force to get the plug into the hole.If that is the problem let me know and I will send you a new one.I do my best to make these as error proof as I can and not to give Eric something that will not cause him grief (my words not Eric's) in the long run.Every time I hear something about the tank I try to recreate the problem and come up with a solution to fix it.So everything I have mentioned has been tried and tested and has a solution to it.The carto punched holes could very well be to big and that would be my fault.PM me harley if you keep having problems and I will help you out. Also if you prefill the carto and fill the tank up that will cause flooding as well.

The only wild card that can't be accounted for with the Chopper is the carto itself. I went through several tanks of juice in mine before I switched it to an adapter (510 to Go-Go carto) to run on my Provari. Rather than lift the adapter post a tad when it didn't make contact, I nudged the carto connector that was in the tank. No matter what I do since, it leaks but that isn't an Eric or Chopper issue!

I am not really into physics but apparently even the slight displacement of the carto's floating connector pin made the connector the path of least resistence and hence the leaking. No biggy, just order a couple of replacements which I needed to do anyway! ;) And with the price Eric has gotten the cartos down to, you really can't complain about geting a squirrely carto now and again.

If you get the 5 packs of black that Eric sells, you are really not paying any more than you would for a standard 808 or 510 carto. I know they don't work for the Chopper but just relating how much the price has been lowered on the Go-carts in general.

Yeah Wendal there is a "510 to Ego" adapter that works real well. They run about 5 bucks and are readily available. I am sure if Eric gets enough demand for any item that if it's financially feasable, he'll carry it as well. :)

I have been looking into getting other connectors and adapters, the only issue is minimum order quantities, many vendors require 500 or even 1000 pieces before they will even talk to you, much less guaranty the workmanship. I went through a lot of "samples" before I found the people who make my current excellent adapters. They do not make any other adapters unfortunately and the hit or miss with the previous manufacturers gives me pause. I don;t make much profit so it's hard to continually dump investment money into something. That said, I will see what I can do.

I don't know that I would dump a bunch of money adapters Eric, there may not be much call fro them except every once in awhile..

I have the 510 to ego adapter coming and along with the go-go to 510 adapter I think I can make the EMDCC's work on the go-go battery..

I could just buy some of the xl dual coils but I already had the EMDCC"s

Have a Nice Day..

Yeah having to order in quatities like that would make it not worth the hassle I wouldn't think. As little room as there is for making anything at all on adapters, maybe the best thing would be to let someone that already has bitten the bullet on something more specialized like that sell them.

Or maybe if you do go to the one stop shopping deal get a smaller order from from one of the trading companies that carry them since they seem to be a good seller. That sure wouldn't be a money maker but as things progress, maybe a custonmer service type deal where you break even on them just to keep buyers in your shop for most all their needs. Just an idea for down the road maybe. :)
