Oh nono, I haven't tried the other carto's yet, I am hoping its just the one carto, but I don't think it's faulty because it is working fine with regular go-go batteries that I got from you.

I'm not sure of the milliamps on the PT, but it's the one I purchased from you as well. It's the variable voltage PT.

Pretty much my whole setup was purchased from you a week ago. I had to renew my whole PV getup because everything died on me lol.

But yea, I purchased the VV PT, 2 go-go batteries, 2 different kinds of 510-gogo adapters, 5pack gogo dual-coil clearomizers and 5 pack stadnard gogo cartomizers.

sorry I mean the milliamps of the socket you are plugging it into. is it a wall socket or a computer?

Hi Go-go Nation & DV,

I've had a little over a day to play with my new toys and so far, I'm pretty impressed. Flavor comes through nicely and the vapor is massive! Of the two setups that I have, one has a standard stainless carto and the other has a GGDCC (did I get that right - lol?). The carto seems great, but I'm still breaking in the GGDCC. Initially, it had an awful lot of snap, crackle, pop that reminded me of the 70's a little too much.

Told ya I wouldn't leave the stainless Go-go's naked for long. :) The burl wood is covered with automotive vinyl and the grassy number is covered with shelf paper which is easily removable. On the GGDCC I only cut away the vinyl from two of the four air flow openings to improve the draw a bit.

The cone wouldn't fit over the GGDCC and I opted not to use it on the carto because it just looked a little awkward. Sounds like there are several other folks here that prefer the Go-go sans cone as well. Here's a product idea for ya Eric:
Have the cone cut down to about a quarter of an inch and weld a grommet to it that would attach to a neck cord with a clip (instead of a lanyard). I'd buy it!

I'd need at least 500 to get that made unless it was customized stateside and then it would be too much :(

Love the skins :)

LOL good tip, who thinks about that until it's too late?.. I can see it now... fill up new tank with favorite juice, pop it into a airtight case slam the slide down... POP juice everywhere :)

The best part its, the juice doesn't splatter.. it just leaks. I thought it was my tank and kept putting it in the case after I thought I'd 'fixed it.' (my first attempt at making one, wasn't sure if I was doing it right...) 5-10ml of juice later, I figured it out.

Newb question here -- And I suspect that it's been asked many times before, but I can't seem to find a search term that will pull it up.

So -- the taste and feel of the juices that I already have are quite different in the Go-Go than they are in the 808s. I've already found one that I like on the 808, but not on the Go-Go. And I've got more in transit. Therefore, I need to audition them, but I'm wanting to just try a small dose, rather than going through the process of filling one of the huge Go-Go cartos and maybe having to clean it if the juice doesn't work for me at all. I think this will be an on-going issue as I try more juices in the future. Surely I can't be the only person who's faced this quandary?

The only thing I can come up with is to maybe get a Go-Go to 808 adapter and use the smaller 808 cartos. Not sure if that would compromise the whole process...

Is there some other technique or device or adapter or special tiny carto that you guys use for trying out new juices?

You can take the filler out of one of you Go-go cartos and use that to drip liquid in to taste. Drip 4 or 5 drops down the side of the carto.

Thanks, Allie! that's just what I needed! :toast:

I'm assuming that I could then wash out the carto, let it dry overnight, and then repeat the experiment with other juices as needed?

you don't need to let it dry overnight, shake it out and blow into it (both ends), then replace the fill.
the tiny amount of water left will not make a difference.

For taste, it's not just the carto, it's the power from the battery and how the electrons flow better, the Go-go is just better and you will get a different taste on ego, 510, Go-go and 808 unfortunately. Also if you can afford it, if you take one go-go and cut it down with a dremel it'll make a special dripper for testing flavors.

I know, I've tried everything and in my opinion the Go-go beats them all. Of course I am extremely biased :)

I want to buy flavors to make some Caramel Apple in my next order. I'm going to start with two flaves and than expand when I gots more $.

So, Dulce de Leche and regular apple or granny smith apple? I like tart and sour flavors of real fruit but I don't know if Granny Smith and Dulce de Leche will combine well in a vape. Any experience or speculations?

I started on an 808 style, too. I got some adapters and use them with my old 808 cartos. I still use them on occasion, but the go-go's are way better. Just my 2 cents.
