The one I include is unprotected, these do not come as kits, other vendors make kits with them.
I include the battery free, but it's an unprotected battery. I do have protected on the website.
Just a cheaper alternative to get started.

Ahhh, gotcha. See, that's why I didn't want to assume. :D

Thanks Eric!

The Bolt is half the price of mods like it... awesome.

From reviews I've watched/read:
The button is mushy style (doesn't 'click') but super durable. It looks slick with a tank mod because the diameters are about the same and the 510 fitting is flush with the top, so there's no gap.

Don't forget to snag any other batteries you may want plus the appropriate charger. Keep a drop or two of gun oil or good ole "3 in 1" all purpose oil on the threads if they squeak (friction=wear). It's worth keeping it pristine as you'll have it a long time.

I have the Bolt with an extender so I can use an 18650 protected battery. The button is not clicky but it is large and responsive. It does make my gogos seem tiny in the hand. Mine is black textured and I've knocked it over many times with no issues to the finish, and it doesn't slip out of my hand. If you have nicquid that you are comfortable vaping at 3.7v, like Eric's fruit juices for me, the Bolt is very nice. I've been using it with the 510 to gogo adapter along with my gotank and standard gocart, flavor and vapor is excellent. Despite the gotank/adapter not sitting flush with the pv, it still looks pretty darn nice. This is a great, inexpensive mod and I'm really happy with it. If it works with the Kick, I will be over the moon. :)

Eric,

I started off with DC carts. When they started to get clogged up I pulled them apart. I didn't like seeing or tasting the burned poly. I ordered ce2 fluxomizers and ce3 smokymizers. The ce3s leaked no mater what I did to them. The ce2s produced a burnt taste and didn't wick well. Once I flipped the gaskets it wicked great and produced better vapor than my DC. They don't burn up and they are easy to clean. I finally had something that was working.

Unfortunately I killed two of them getting them to work. I ordered two more packs but these leaked past the o-ring in the base causing gurgling and flooding the coil. I had to solder the new tops to my old bases. I posted a ticket at gotvapes and posted in their forum and received no response to either. Needless to say their customer service sucks. I would be really happy to never have to give them my credit card info again.

Are you planning on carrying a 1.8ml, 2.4-2.8omh, thick wick, unbreakable tube ce2s that doesn't leak at the base?
I know you carry the 2.5ml vision but I don't think my modified cone will fit over those.

Do you know if anyone makes a standard of DC cartomizer that has a nonburnable filler?
It would also be nice if someone made a modular cartomizer kinda like the new modular batteries. What I mean is a cartomizer that you can rebuild easily. Selling bases that don't leak, coil assemblies that clip on vs solder on, nonburnable filler and clear tubes so you can see the juice level.

Since no one has kicked my off of my soap box yet......
It is bad enough that the FDA, tobacco companies and government don't like us vaping because they don't have their finger in the pie. But now the payment processors are trying to get ride of us too. Why don't vapers get together and make their own nonprofit payment processor something like Ecigpay? Charge a fair percentage for the transactions to keep the stockholders(vapers) happy and use the extra income to fight the FDA, tobacco companies and the government. I am sure there are vapers out there that are accountants, attorneys and such that know how to get all of this rolling.

If wepay decides that they won't do business with you and the banks won't let you deposit checks I will be happy to mail you cash.

I can look into it for sure.

The industry is still relatively new, they are working on improvements all the time, the one thing the Chinese are really good at is trying to copy/out do each other, so improvements will come and someday soon there will be newer tech.

18650 is a steady 3.7 supply like 18500???

The two batteries you mention only differ in size, they both generally start out at 4.2 an a fresh charge and go down to 3.2 depending on it's structure and protection level (if any)

No battery offers a steady voltage, at least not for any length of time, as the batteries drain, they lose voltage.

I am not a battery expert but this is why I understand about them.
If anyone has any better info feel free to post it.

I think I read on someones review that they liked 18500 better because it stayed at 3.7. Dont matter 2 much 2 me as long as it's a TRUSTFIRE, AW and not the other one
There are a lot of people on ecf that state that a certain battery or PV holds 3.7V but unless they have a voltage regulator they all decrease in voltage as you use them.

Thought I would post a few pictures of my latest flashlight USB passthrough. It even has a stand for it since I put the the firing button on the bottom. Its just more comfortable for me that way.I'm using a 5v 2amp USB to wall power adapter. This thing shines as its all chrome and is a power house for vaping.Hope you like it and in one picture its next to my Go Go so you can see not much in size difference.
