Oh heck no! When I come up to Connecticut, we are going to at least go out and grab a bite together! My grandmother is going to be 89 this year, so my sister and I are planning on going up to see her, and our friends (I miss my old gang). When I do, we are hooking up, and at least hanging out for a bit.

LOL... my wife has a baseball bat, be sure to call first :) :)

Must be at Eglin. Last time I was there we had missles on the beaches and we were preparing to go into Cuba back in 62.

Eric, are the cartos in the colored tanks Smoketech? If so, when did they start showing up 2 holes or is that something special you have done?

Yes, they are SmokTech
Wasn't me but I did suggest it a while back, not sure if it was because of this or due to everyone asking? Not sure.

Eric, will the gogo battery to 510 (not thin) adapter work with vision ego clearomizer?

speaking of the vision ego, I hear it works very well.

does anyone know how long they last?

I used to get about a good solid month out of the 510 atomizers when used them for a year.

with the gogo I get 1 week at best with a new one.

I'm hoping the vision ego will last much longer due to its completely different design.
It seems like its really close to the Jany Neo as far as function.

The Go-go adapters will NOT work on the new eGo Vision, the well on the Vision is too deep to seat properly

For your go-go length, are you cleaning them? What happens after a week?

Ah so an ego battery is the only way to make the Vision work?

for the gogo, I've had 1 last a week. It did because somehow the filler was glued down to the base of the straw (when It finally went dead since the coil had too much crud on it) so it was nice and stuck down there real close to the coil.

The reason I've found that gogo carts don't last more than a few days (at least in my experience) are:

After 3 days the inner filler rises up slightly....at that point I push it down a little and get another days use,
then it's a nice rubbery burnt taste.

when I pull the filler to clean I can see that the filler and inner material have spread out away from
the coil area. The filler and inner material are not blackened or burnt, just not hugging the straw/coil area for a good vape.

That cart that lasted a week was blackened (understandably after a weeks use) but somehow it stayed and lasted much longer due to being glued to the area and thus not able to spread away from the coil area.

If the manufacturer had some method to keep it fastened down there better the carts would last much longer in my opinion.

I'm not using dark juices which would also cause a short life.

Huh. I've yet to clean OR toss a gogo carto, and in my experience, if anything the filler has a tendency to go down, not up??

Yes, for best results use a 510 or eGo, or you can stack adapters for use with the Go-go, a Go-go to 510 and 510 to eGo does work. Not ideal, but it works.

There is no glue in a Go-go carto, not a bit. I guess it's possible that the fill got caught on something, but it isn't glued. Also, I am not sure what would make a fill rise, (except for maybe extreme vaping causing suction??) there is nothing else that I know of that would cause this, in fact, as said already it should go down, not up as the liquid will hang on it causing it to become heavier.

Now don't take this the wrong way, I am not saying your account is wrong, just based on my experience with the cartos. (a lot)

The coil on the Go-go is on the bottom, the only way to get burned taste is if the fill is packed down on the bottom causing the fill to burn, nothing else inside a carto can burn except the fill and the center column and that would have to be compressed as well. So if it is rising UP, there should be no burn, if you are packing it down too hard... potential burn. You could also get funky tastes if there is buildup of juice crusted on the bottom coil, in this case, the only way to clean it is to remove the fill.

again, I am not discounting your experience here. Just providing info.

I just got some of those vision ego clearomizers today, and had to use an extender on my vv ego!! It's ok on that...waiting until I get home to try again w/my GoGo-510 adapter and the extender (or two).

FYI - I've used two extenders in the past for ego-type cartos, and still had great performance. Looks a little funny, but for me, if it works, I really don't care what it looks like. :)

Just wish I had some batteries.... ;)

Eric, ya the one that lasted a week, when I went to pull the filler it was really stuck in there good. all other gocart
filler pulls out easy...it was whatever made it stuck down there the only explanation I have for lasting longer.

As for burnt taste....it's not burning anything...your correct....it the LACK of juice getting to it that is what I'm tasting.

I sure wish I knew what was causing it. I go through 2 gocarts a week going on a year now. I've read there are others having that too, but it seems they last much longer for a majority of users. Like I said, not using any weird or dark juices, just Janty chocolate which is pretty light. I have tried other light juices even VG/PG 50/50 based and no matter what I do I can't get a gocart to wick well after 4 days.

If it helps, when it stops performing I try to top it off. when its full
and I get a drip coming through....it works fine (since juice is coming through bottom) but
once it vapes that small amount down there that comes through, it goes back to poor performance. When I take
them apart at that point, the wick is saturated and flared out at the bottom.

It's not making it to the coil...the coil will still glow at that point.

Maybe I should send a few spent ones to you to examine & try so you see what I mean?

I'll be buying an Ego pass through from you to use with the clearmiser when you get more gogo batteries (need those too)

That is definitely unusual. I chain vape a few times a day, and still get my GoGo cartos to last weeks sometimes. I just keep topping off the juice every day, and tastes just as well as when fresh out of the package. If it starts going bad, I get a fresh one then, but keep the old to clean later.

I can't imagine only getting one week though...hmmm....
