That isn't good news to hear. I think AW is the only one to make IMR with a button top. Everyone was out of AW's so I ordered a couple of generic 18350's that I'm sure will have a flat top.![]()
I will have these back in stock in a day or two. (AW's)

Gotcha ... that's not good
are most 18350 out there flat top?
Eric do you have any idea when your 18350 batteries will arrive? I wished I would have gotten a couple of extras when I ordered the v8.
I have mixed feelings on the v8 at this point. Right now I have it set for 4.1 volts and it is real weak. I put the supplied clearomizer (any idea the resistance on these) on the V8 and it is anemic. I put the same on my mini LT and then Ego twist and they are fine. Maybe I need to charge! Hope! The V8 is much larger than the other mentioned units and hoping battery life is much better.
OR you could do what I did last night. Order a 18350 charger and a couple of 1200mah batteries then dremel and hot knife the battery bay on the V8 charger so they both sit in it properly. In the grand scheme of things, the eGo C Twist is low amp, only goes to 4.8V, and low mah. It's a toy, but a good one. If you want to try VV on the cheap, it may be all you need. It's well built, and fits into any existing eGo charger. I do like it, but it doesn't replace something like the ProVari, Buzz Pro or Darwin. Those are full APVs.
One thing I noticed the charger that comes with the V8 is a 16340 charger, while it will charge the 18350 they don't quite fit together in the charger, use a rubber band to hold them both in place or try charging one at a time.

what is the going rate on the twist? I have the 900's coming in and I am pretty sure it will be lower than everyone else.
You mean sell it for even less than I am selling it now?
I sell most everything now at a lower rate, I am not positive but I might be the only one carrying this right now? Did a search on google and I come up first (and only) not sure if this is a google local thing or not I think they skew their results on who and where you are.
This item should be selling for a lot more than I have priced it believe me, if I stuck to my standard ratio it would be 20.00 more. $30 for a VV body is pretty low. Also there is a MSRP to consider, they haven't bothered me on it, but as an example, Innokin told me I needed to raise the price of the iTaste by 20.00, I negotiated to 10.00 extra. I have to be careful, If I go too low I risk losing manufacturers willing to sell to me.
Sales for sales sake really aren't my thing, I've thought about it but the sale has to make sense not just throw one out there like the other vendors do. If I sell this any lower, I do not make anything and that means I have no capital to invest in more or other products. If I listed all the expenses that come with this business you'd probably gag... like I do when I see the ending balances.
One of these days I will get with the program and raise all my prices and have "sales", seems to work for all the other vendors.
(no just kidding I am not gonna do that)
I will have a memorial day sale but it will be on Monday and it will be on items I need to move to make room for newer or better selling and more popular items (see there I go again telling you my secrets LOL)
No, it's a very fair price on the V8, that's why it has my interest. A full separate battery mod for under $30 is amazing....and under $50 for the entire package is good stuff! I am just trying, it's my nature to know that it never hurts to ask. I currently have a ton of things in my cart, some CE3s, a CE6, some e-power cones, the V8, and still looking through your site. I guess I just need to get my purchases up to par to get the extra 5% and all will be good![]()
That's why I am anxiously waiting the V8 review. I think it would be the perfect started VV for me. With the Twist, I would only want the 1000mah, or I would have to order 2 650mah, to get me through a day. Currently my e-power, at 1050mah, just gets me through the day. So, the V8, with the combo of the two batteries, should last me a day. I know I would need more batteries soon. So, hopefully you are having a fun weekend with the V8 and looking for your review soon! Your tastes, so far, match up to mine, so thanks again for everything..
LOL yep, that 5% is pretty handy sometimes
today there is a sale, so if anything is in your cart that's on sale, check it, I am not sure if the cart discounts stuff put in before it went on sale, just double check in case.
The 1000mah, that I was pricing out, were coming to about $27 and change from the 2 lowest sellers. They went all the way up to $32....Almost pulled the trigger on it, but I am glad I waited. The 900mah seems to be a perfect in between size and I like the idea of it much better.
P.S. I really like your style of sales and your honesty here on the forum and your posts. You don't put all the insane hype on products and just share your honest thoughts. I like that about you
