You would be amazed at how Eric seems to get things his customer's want. Sometimes, he's doing some pretty shameful things to obtain them, but he's all about his customers.

Whats the best was to transition flavors on the E1? I took the caps off, rinsed the tube under hot water as well as the wicks, patted the wicks dry as well as got the inside of the tube dry. I have them sitting to fully dry right now, but the tube and wicks still smell of peach/menthol. Will i be able to notice this when loading a new flavor?

Giving everything a soak in PGA for 5-10 minutes then rinsing should do the trick. It's also worth investing in an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. I run my Vivi Novas through a couple three minute cycles with the cleaner tank filled with Everclear. Works like a charm. Just rinse and they're ready to go.

I posted this in the VMax thread, but I figured I might get a quick response here, so here goes.

So, now that I'm going to be the proud owner of a VMax, I'm hoping you guys can help me out with a liquid delivery system. I'm still fairly new to vaping, so bare with me.

I've been using Vivi Novas after trying a number of different clearomizers and a carto tank, but I'm hoping for something that will take advantage of the benefits of the extra power the VMax offers. I want more flavor!

My problems are that:

1. I need something that's portable and won't leak if I throw it in a pocket carrying case (I carry 4 vivi novas with me in a camera case currently.
2. I haven't had much success with carto tanks. Maybe it was just the Resurrectors I was using, but I didn't like the flavor of the tank filler.
3. I change flavors a lot, which is why I carry the selection of Vivi Novas
4. I travel around a lot, so dripping is out of the question, sadly.

What do you guys think? Should I stick with the Vivi Nova? I feel like there has to be a better option that I'm unaware of.

Well, I was trying to say it a little more... ummm... politically.

Politically we will all be taking it from the chinese if things stay the same. Sorry had to..... Or was that supposed to politely? In that case "walks away slowly" ...

I would stick with the Vivi nova for your Vmax. I haven't found a better device myself for my VV PV's. I like the Kanger T2 and Vision 2's for my ego type PV's. I've heard the Mini Vivi produces a little better flavor but I haven't tried them yet.

I probably will, but I want to give the carto tank setup another shot. I feel like I didn't give it a fair shake the first time around. It's so popular, there must be something I'm missing. I ordered some of the 3.0 ohm dual coil cartos from Eric.

I have several 7 ml tanks (Who's Your Daddy, LavaTank, Phiniac, etc.) that I use periodically, but find that I'm sticking more and more with the DiscountVaper T2, ViVi, Thor, E2 Apollo, and CE5+. (Sorry Lord, haven't had good luck with the E1).

I'm a chain vaper (like LordDavon) and need larger devices to make it through the day.

I went through "many" cartomizers for the 7 ml tanks. Boge, Resurrectors, and various SmokeTek Cartomizers. Suffered through the burnt taste gaggle, the dry hit, and the flooding problems. I now use the 1.25 Ohm, Dual Coil, Three Hole Cartomizers and find them to be the most reliable. DV Product Link Tank Replacement Dual Coil Cartomizers, 1.25 ohms - DiscountVapers.com

If you are going to give the Tanks another try, I'd recommend using the above Cartomizer.

Glad to hear you'll be getting the Mini Vivi Nova. I have a large order to place and that's one item I'm missing from my list. I'm also looking for the replacement heads for the vivi nova as well. Any chance you'll be getting those in?

U & me both Darth. i have been stalking DV for weeks - several times a day looking for the mini vivi nova since
I saw the reviews on YouTube.

First thing: Holy crap the VMax hits like a .......n train. I love this thing. Apparently I don't need to replace my Vivi Novas. Seems the issue was the PV, not the clearo.

Second thing: Any news on the high resistance long wick replacement heads for the CE4/Thor/Vivi Novas?

First thing: it usually is.

Second thing: I have 4 orders with different vendors, I am taking bets :)
