I got a bit of info, but I am not sure what I can say. They did tell me that they think it will be ready in about 2 weeks. That usually means that mass production and shipping should be about a month away.
I would suggest passing on the first revision. It wasn't until the second revision of the Vmax that it was a decent product. I think it is on its fifth revision now.
Oh, I know that feeling. Just control yourself by finding something else you really need. Do you have the Nexus 7 tablet yet?

For the Gripper VV the one that fits in mine is the 64 mm. But there is actually a button top on it it's just receeded. For the Gripper I would go with the smallest. I bought 4 and they all fit.
Great, just in time for people not to want the VMax I purchased from them
I am basically telling everyone to wait. While the VV Gripper was a decent first mod, the VMax had multiple revisions. I would suggest waiting for Christmas time, in order to get the ZMax.
As for the ZMax, LD is on the spot with the wait thing. I think waiting might be the thing to do, I believe I have the 1st or 2nd version of the VMax and am still playing with it. D
