I do not have an answer for you...:(
They fit everything I have tried to put them on, I did have one person say something similar last week but you'd think after 1000 or so units I'd get more than one or two reports and I think that person was full of baloney anyway just based on when I got them back they worked on everything I tested them on.

(note: I believe you, not saying you are full of baloney :))

are your ego batteries from different suppliers? different models?

anyone else run into this?

Well I have been vaping over a year now and as I said in post Kgo, Ego, Kgo vv and Ego Twist. The ego skirts are too long. It bottoms out on pv before it makes a connection. 10 different batteries all together. Good product but mine can only be used with a ego adapter. Doesnt matter to me though because I ordered the Lambo. By the way Eric is a great vaping buddy because he fixed up my order when I ordered the wrong size. He is a very nice person and I will always order from him first. He takes customer service to the max and I am now a loyal customer for life.

Is it possible to vape a ViVi Nova dry? Once it gets down to a certain level (i cant see right now cuz its dark and I am too lazy to turn the light) I just get that dry burnt taste. Just a thought. Opinions??

Its very possible to do that. Make sure to do a couple of full tilt and turns to try to get as much juice on your wicks as possible. I'm actually finding that I like the short short wicks over the longer ones as they seem to wick a lot better (in my experience). Also the single thick wicks like on the 2.8's are terrible for wicking (again in my experience).

There are videos on YouTube that show how to rebuild the wicks and coils on the ViVi Nova heads if you want to go that route. It really looks pretty easy, but haven't tried it myself. Hope this helps.

A month or two ago Eric had 4.0 heads, I can't remember if they are for the Vivi Nova though, I bought some but have not tried them out, maybe I'll dig them out this afternoon and see if they fit, I have no idea why I wanted 4.0heads? lol

I THINK Eric said the 4.0 ViVi heads were for the DV version not the Vision version. I want to try higher than 2.8 also. If I am wrong, I'll have to get some 4.0's. Check the site to be sure.

To those who bought and are using the Griffin, how do you mitigate the inherent leaking issue through the wick hole? Does making a "fat" wick help?

I have a DID, and it leaks a little through the hole if I move it while it is upside down. I have to make sure that every other hole in the DID is plugged. Doing that allows the juice to be pretty sealed in.

I was thinking about putting a silica wick in the center of my mesh wick, and seeing how that would work. It would probably stop the small leaking I get.

I was pondering the same thing. I use silica wick with a SS mesh sleeve(where I wrap the coil wire) on my Phoenix Rebuildable Atomizer and have had good results. I won't get my Griffin until Wed-Thur so won't get a chance to try until next week. Let us know on your results if you try it.

I should have the Griffin this week also, so I should be able to try it on the actual unit. YAY!

I can't wait to compare it to the DID. :D

There's a loose strand of wick laying over the coil. I replace it with a long cotton one, and it will vape until the tank is dry before you get dry hits.

I just got my DV mini vivi's today, I'll have to dig those heads out in a few and see if they're the same, thanks for pointing that out, if they fit my DV mini I'll be happy!
