So I don't think anyone saw what I posted last night so I shall repost becuz this darn Smoktech Vivi Nova is irritating me!!!

Hey Eric, on the Smoktech Vivi Nova I just got from you, I loaded it up, I'm on my 2nd tank full and I can't go above 4.5 watts without it tasting burnt/awful. I'm using a 3 ohm coil. Is this normal, like it hasn't broken in yet? Anyone else please feel free to chime in as well.

It sounds like wicking issues, not enough liquid, as said before, open the tank for a bit.
Also prime the wick (remove the rubber) and drop on to it, that might get it jump started.
you can also cut a small V into the rubber where the wick meets it, that has helped others in the past, sometimes the rubber can be too restrictive on the wick.

let me know if that works.

Well... I thought my juice gunked up the coil, so I did a dry burn and....popped it. LOL! I'm gonna try another soon and hope for the best!

if a dry burn popped the coil then you probably did have something on that heated it up and popped it? (not an expert, just a guess)

Yea, the head might have been a dud to start with. I forgot all about priming it to start with, but I'll definitely do that on this next tank! Do u guys wash your heads before you use them for the first time?
