Update on the Kanger order (Evods not ProTanks)
Apparently Kanger seems to have NOT shipped my order to the vendor in question as mentioned a few days ago but yet to another vendor on the other side of the country. Not only that but they sent my order and the other vendors order to that person.
I am starting to get that BS feeling here, I have two different tracking numbers with my order in it, the first one 5 days ago hasn't moved, the new one is in the USA today. So the story checks out.. sort of but doesn't make any sense, did they stop the order and reship.. and if they did did they really ship the orders to yet another vendor? I think that kind of mistake is a little too hard to believe.
so at this point I am not sure what to believe from Kanger. All I can say is this was a huge order, the biggest one I have ever placed with them and it is seriously screwed up and I do not know when I am getting this now.
For the ProTank, the shipping was a LIE, they have NOT shipped yet.
I do not know if this is due to the reported leaking issue and mine were not shipped due to this? Not sure but it sure as heck better be the only reason. Now it's "This week"
I am sorry guys, I am as frustrated as anyone here. It's killing the business, we don't have hardly any Kanger stuff yet and it's our best seller.

Well, I was waiting for some of the Kanger stuff to come in before I ordered, but hearing all this, I think I'll just order some other stuff I need now. I'm probably not the only one doing this, either. I just know as soon as I hit the "place order" button, I'll come here and see that all the Kanger stuff will be here tomorrow

Eric it is to bad that Kanger is sitting with a large amount of your hard earned bucks in their bank account,then add insult to injury by lying to you. i can wait till the cows come home to get a pro tank cause it isnt costing me money.On the other hand their screw up is costing you every day that order is late. I will wait for my kanger stuff too. I just checked the tool boxes and I have enough t3 base refills for a month. I was planning on ordering a few of the full units just because of the way I have damaged so many t3 tanks by dropping them. I will use care with the two remaining. I will probably order a protank too when they arrive.
I broke my last Innokin iclear16 a few days back and it looks like I will have to learn how to re wick some of the vision vivi nova heads before I can buy more.
With the vivi nova heads, I suspect you are not alone with having issues since the few other places that have said they had them have not actually had any except the 1.8 when it became time to put them in the cart.
Only a native Chinese speaker can make any sense of the current state of Chinese e-cig manufacturing. And I suspect most of them would give up on figuring out who makes and sells what. A look at alibaba shows that every mfg now makes something that uses the word vivi in it, many use the word "vision" in the name that are apparently products which had a different name 6 months ago. And the english words "hot, sex, nova, ce(pick any number), and "hot seller usa" are sprinkled in any listing to confuse things further.
Thus would appear that China has become the latest libertarian paradise where there are no rules except the marketplace.

I can only imagine the kind of risks Eric and those trying to maintain a business in this climate , will encounter next.

well iffin ya cook like me, you put a pan of macaromiees on da stove, turn on high, and fergets about it fer say like the whole time you're vaccummin da house and then takes a shower and den smell sumptin funnky den realize that da spagetti like pasta has gotten all softys and den ya try to spoom it out and dats when ya see that its all MUSH 
Well since Kanger seems to have a little issue figuring out where to send orders, feel free to put my address down as an alternate. I'll be sure to forward it ASAP. After random sample testing.
