Well I was a buyer, but also supervised the offshore team (India), was in charge of process improvements (including Excel/Access/VB solutions), and was the sort of "moderator" of the transaction/inventory system for a foodservice equipment distributor.

what field of work are you in and where in DFW are you (general area)
we lived by Frisco and I used to work in Plano off the I-35, and in Arlington, Lewisville and downtown for years (fun commutes)
then we moved to Irving by UD

CT gets the snow...NYC barely gets it anymore (global warming, perhaps?)...just sayin' ...there are plenty of restaurants that need equipment in these here parts, and plenty of importers too

Wow small world. I live in Irving near UD! Basically I spend my time scouring Indeed.com (Google for job searches!, it's cool!), and moderating here. And now I also have a new title here to handle the CASAA thread as liason mod. So I'm not without something to do!

Seriously, wrap a rubber band tightly around the base and then try to twist it off. Just be sure to not over-tighten your equipmentbad things happen when you do
