I am not sure what went on there but Vision has it's own site now and I think TopGreen is now a spinoff of some sort or they had a falling out and split the biz..., not really sure. I am getting genuine Vision 2.0 heads, Vision V2, (by Thursday) Vision Novas and Nova heads (not from topgreen) late this week or early next.

I am also getting something I said I wasn't going to: Vision Spinners.
Got too many requests to ignore it.

I should have it all late this week or early next.

If you have an electronic device, like a Vamo, it might be able to read the resistance and you wouldn't need a multimeter. As long as you check the resistance before you hit the fire button, you will not damage your PV. Of course, if your PV does not read resistance, then you need something that does. One option is a portable ohm meter, which is available at several vape sites.
I was initially intimidated in wrapping my own coils, but I was scared into it by the FDA...and honestly, it isn't that difficult. There is a learning curve, with some frustration to overcome. But the good news is that it sounds like you have several devices already to practice on. Good Luck

EDIT: This is one of the first videos I watched for wrapping a coil. It is for a Phoenix dripper, which is somewhat similar to the Wyvern. I hope it helps or at least gives you a place to start:
