Yup we have central AC with a heat pump so it's more economical and energy saving! I'll be keeping my rear inside!

Tina my thoughts will be with you... I lost my grandmother several years ago but we weren't close... Now in 2011 my mom, biological dad and aunt died within 2 months of each other... So yeah losing people you love is tough!

Ok, just so ya know when ya get here. Parking is first come first serve, unless it's my spot on the left side of the driveway. Also, food and drink is serve yourself, you can get fine service at the Hilton, we are not that. Also, the easy chair is MINE. Oh, and I hope you're not allergic to pet hair. Whooop! Company's comin, better look for the vacuum cleaner!

No worries, I really am low maintenance. I mostly drink water (and lots of it), I can sit anywhere with padding (including dog beds), and I generally like animals much more than people, and they like me. Oh, and no need to vacuum on my account!

Thank you, Ree! Wow! That's quite a bit of loss for such a short time and the same year! I'm so sorry to hear! My mother always said that it happens in threes, though. I sure hope I don't lose anyone else. Although, both my parents are gone and now all of my grandparents.

Crss, you and I seem to have that in common! My knee hates this weather! It's extremely cold in our house, but for hubby it's perfect. I'm going to have to go get my housecoat in the other room! That is, if I can get my lazy .... out of this chair!

I must say that I am quite impressed with the shipment speed of my last order from DV! Ordered a Sigelei V8 Leather Pouch, as a lanyard for my MVP, on Wednesday, and it was here when I came home, today! It works nicely! Sits a little crooked on me, but that's due to the MVP being so heavy!

Good morning, Lilac! Thank you for sharing her pic with me! What a beautiful couple!

Can't sleep, have my Grandmother's funeral to attend today. She passed away on Wednesday. Then our guinea pig, Venus, passed away, yesterday. Today is going to be hard, though. I didn't really get to know my Grandmother until I was a teenager, due to some issues my Mom had with my Dad's side of the family. The time we spent together then, meant a lot to me. I have always had a passion for photography, and she was a freelance photographer. She would show me pictures she had taken with her 35mm SLR, and even taught me how to use one. She would take me out on trips with her to take scenic pictures or even of just flowers. I'll always remember that!

Yes, parents are hard to lose! I lost my mother in 2000 and my father in 2002. I had a very rough time, afterwards, and went through therapy, myself. Thanks for your support, Ree!
